The assets are fixed in 2013 and they are coming from 30 Years of consolidated experience of the share holders of the Metallurgical Invest company. The patents and property are coming from Metallurgical Invest share holder ownership. Targhet key is the Engineering design and construction with specific chain of international joint venture agreement of Metallurgical plant productions for reebars, profiles and billets. The projects are oriented in plants capacity starting from 80 kTY up to 200 kTY of steel products We are also study and design revamaping and upgrade in specific area machineries of Minimill like : dedusting plant, Water plants , EAF/LF Furnace , Casting machine and auxiliary systems. The main important goal in this kind of projects is to introduce the new technology oriented to reduce the environmental impact.
